Jonathan is a CPA who began his real estate experience in 2003. He purchased a portfolio of residential real estate properties in New Jersey and later expanded to syndication in multifamily and self storage facilities. Jonathan and his team has acquired a portfolio of over 2,000 units of commercial real estate assets located in Charlotte NC, Midland/Odessa TX, Austin TX, Oklahoma City, Atlanta, GA, Midway, GA and Birmingham, AL In addition to being a full time real estate investor, syndicator and mentor, he is also a podcast host for show called Building Wealth in Commerical Real Estate.

Jonathan is the Managing Principal of Greystone Capital Group. This firm specializes in apartment complexes and self-storage facilities in the southwest and central regions. Collectively, Jonathan and his team have owned and operated over 2100 units our commercial real estate portfolio. We have went full cycled on three Multifamily Deals and have exceeded our projections. Jonathan has the experience and skillset to value-add commercial real estate such as multifamily and self-storage to increase net operating income. Jonathan is also a mentor and podcast host of a show called “Building Wealth Through Commercial Real Estate”.

Dani is a biomedical engineer with 11 years of experience as a patent examiner. In her role as an Associate in Acquisitions, she leverages this extensive background to bring a unique perspective to commercial real estate. With a passion for creating passive income opportunities for investors, along with her analytical mindset and attention to detail, she has a unique skillset for identifying solid investment opportunities. Through her commitment to continuous learning and collaboration with industry leaders, Dani ensures exceptional service to partners and investors.
Acquisition & Asset Manager for Southwest Region
Will is a first-generation immigrant from South Korea. He attained a Bachelor of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics from University of Southern California (USC) and has been working in Medicaid consulting as a credentialed actuary for over five years. With a strong client-oriented work ethic and data-driven decision making, he focuses on building risk-averse strategies in commercial real estate. He is also an underwriting advisor for Michael Blank multifamily investing community.
Drew began his real estate career working for boutique investment banking firm in St. Paul, MN which specialized in the syndication of public and private limited partnership real estate funds focusing on net-leased single tenant properties. Drew began investing in real estate by purchasing single family homes in his home town in St. Paul MN and later expanded to apartment syndication. Drew has expanded his portfolio to over 4400 units by acquiring multi-family properties in Minnesota, Seattle, Little Rock, Atlanta, and Memphis markets. Drew has over $300M in his real estate portfolio. In addition to being a full time real estate investor, syndicator, and coach, as of 2018 he is Professor of Finance at Bethel University in St. Paul and lives with his wife and four children in Mahtomedi, Minnesota.
